Starting SS - pls comment on my purchase

Hi -
I will be starting SS. Could someone pls give me advice on my purchase? Bought this on sale for $199 from Sports Authority.

Dont know how to post pics, below are the links - FreeMotion 220 BE Olympic Width Bench is what I bought.

Theres also these plates I wanted to buy 225 lbs comes with 7 ft (45 lb). I forgot the exact # of plates..but any advice on what to look for or consider will be appreciate it.
