Is this a good routine?

First let me say i'm 19 and i've had a very sedentary life for the most part. For the last 3-5 weeks i've been goin to the gym 3 days a week if not more often.

My usual Gym routine includes)

Legs Day) Calf Raises(x30 @ 120lbs), Leg Press (x30 @ 420lbs), Squats (x30 @ 240lbs), Leg Extensions (x30 @ 120lbs), Leg Curl (x30 @ 120lbs), Crunches (x30 @ 120lbs), 2 mile walk.

Chest Day) Flat Bench (x30 @ 200lbs), Lateral Raises (x30 @ 120lbs), Pushups (Go until fail), Decline Bench (x30 @ 200lbs), Incline Bench (x20 @ 150lbs), Butterflies (x30 @ 120lbs), Crunches (x30 @ 120lbs), 2 mile walk.

Arms/Back Day) Dips (x30 @ 120lbs), Preacher Curls (x30 @ 80lbs), Bicep Curl (x30 @ 100lbs), Rows (x30 @ 120lbs), Dead Lift (x30 @ 245lbs), Crunches (x30 @ 120lbs), 2 mile walk.

NOTE: All @ (Weight) refers to the resistence used.
All weights are done on machines OTHER THAN - Walk, Curls, Dead Lifts.

With that all being said, I occasionally go in the off days and do a little bit of everything, low weight but high rep to get my heart rate up.

My current dient has changed drastically to minor snacking on granola bars, water, misc low calorie items.

At the moment for Protein I am using..

I also recently purchased BUT HAVE NOT STARTED YET..

Xenadrine - https://groupon.s3.amazonaws.com/sponsorship-imgs/Goods2/Xenedrine_suppfacts.pdf

I also purchased BUT HAVE NOT STARTED YET..

6 Star T-Booster Supplements - http://groupon.s3.amazonaws.com/sponsorship-imgs/Goods2/Screen shot 2013-12-05 at 12.24.39 PM.pdf

I am considering getting the following product..

https://www.groupon.com/deals/gg-90-count-jitter-free-fat-burner-supplement

I have not started the T-Booster, nor the Xenadrine.

So far in the last 3-5 weeks I have not really noticed a weight change, though i've been told it's kinda visible? I've also not noticed a change in my strength very much. I understand that these things take time, but I am curious about whether or not I should be seeing changes by now?

Please advise or post personal experiences with the 2 new products I have. (Xenadrine, 6 Star T-Booster)

Am I doing something wrong? Can someone advise on something better for me to do?

I don't know - what are you trying to change? What is your goal?

If youre trying to gain strength, you need to eat at a calorie surpluss.\
If you're trying to lose weight alone, more cardio.
If you're trying to look better naked, throw your scale away and measure yourself because people are seeing a difference and you are probably not losing weight due to your muscle gain/fat loss ratio.

    no..its not...

    do a common program

without planned progression youre doing nothing but "working out" rather than training to improve...

youll make some progress then youll hit a wall
