Hi everyone my name is Katie. I am hoping to get toned (and lose a bit of weight while I'm at it) by this summer so I can look great in a bikini! I don't have much weight to lose (2-5lbs), but I really just want to work on getting a flat stomach, nice firm butt and firm arms. Basically just getting stronger. I recently purchased Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire and ChaLean Extreme. Will Turbo Jam get me build strength in the areas I want to work on? I am going to be starting out with Turbo Jam and eventually work my way up. I have a hard time sticking to an exercise routine.
Any helpful tips on how to keep myself motivated? Any reviews or success stores on the Turbo series?
ALSO: I am looking for women who want to help motivate each other! Checking up, asking what we did today, how it went, etc. I won't be tracking my food a lot, but I will be entering my workout. Preferably people who are somewhat in the same boat as me, but I would be willing to make workout buddies with anyone positive and encouraging!

Hi Katie, I am Kathryn, we are after the same goals... getting a flat stomach, nice firm butt and firm arms, getting stronger as you said it. Resistance Training will get you build strength in the areas you want to work on.. No, it wont make you bigger in fact it will make you smaller tighten and toned.
I have turbo jam the one that includes 5 workouts with 2 discs but haven´t used it yet.0
