Does ALL water count?

If I have say, a glass of wine and then add 250ml of sparkling wate to it, does that water count towards my 8 a day? :drinker:

    Indeed. The water in juice counts. The water in milk counts. The water in coffee counts. The water in beer and wine counts. the water in food counts. Practically any source of water that isn't brine counts. . . and '8 glasses a day' was a descriptive, not prescriptive, analysis (from the 1940's) to begin with.
