Just a good feeling

Pretty sure this doesn't belong here, but just wanted to share!

Just did major session on the stationary bike going along with one of those great interval training videos on youtube and managed to finish it for the first time. My personal best used to be the half way mark (about 30 mins).

For a few seconds I felt like an athlete. My face was red as a beetroot and I was panting like a dog, My butt was aching. But for a fleeting moment I was an Olympian, smug and full of what I can only imagine are endorphins. Wow! is THAT what they feel like.
