Hi!

I lurk alot here - I just LOVE reading the success stories, they are so inspirational and motivating. I thought I would introduce myself!

I'm Nikki and I had a baby 9 months ago. I was overweight before having my daughter, roughly 6 stone overweight. I'm now an extra stone overweight and have decided that I need to get into shape so I can be a positive role model for my daughter.

Unfortunatly my own family are junk food addicts and I was raised on mostly fast food and fizzy soda, which is a tradition I stuck to up until a month ago. I'm now trying to eat better and exercise around looking after my little one.

I too am trying to lose 6stone I lost 3 last year and I'm now tackling the next three this year.x
