Scale vs Wii Board

Hello,

I weighed myself on a traditional scale this morning, congrats to me 5 pounds lost. I proceeded to do my advanced step before the elliptical today and my board says I've only lost some ounces. Does anyone measure their weight with their Wii board. If so, is there a discrepancy with your traditional scale?

There will always be a difference between any 2 devices. Pick one, and always weigh yourself at the same time of day under the same conditions. And take photos & measurements too, since your weight will fluctuate.
