Vitao lunch box - how to calculate calories?

I was in Central London today and had lunch at Vitao Organic Vegan Restaurant. I bought a small lunch box and ate it in a park nearby. It was very nice, there were steamed brown rice, broccoli and apple salad, chickpea curry, vegetable curry as far as I can remember.

How do I on earth calculate the calories of my lunch? It is probably about 500g in weight.

How does one calculate restaurant food in general?
