Questions about calorie burn

I just finished 41 minutes of walking/running on my treadmill. The treadmill says I burned 358 calories (cheaper treadmill that doesn't ask for your weight), fitbit one says 377, and my polar Ft4 says 334. The treadmill says I went 2.91 miles but the fitbit says 3.67 miles.
What number do you think is the most accurate? I know that none of them are 100% accurate but I would just like to know which is the best to go with.

They're all just estimates, and the differences are small. Pick one, wait two weeks, then reevaluate.
Weight loss takes a whole lot of trial & error to find what works for you. Read this: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1080242-a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants0 -
They're so similar it's largely irrelevant. However, I'd always go with the HRM calorie burn and I imagine the treadmill distance is going to be correct.0

HRM is probably the one to go with but they're all very close.
It draws into relief the issue with FitBit, not a panacea, given the distance discrepancy.0 -

Regardless what activity I'm on I ALWAYS go by my chest HRM0

Thanks for the input. I'm going to go by my HRM numbers today and calibrate my fitbit to my stride tomorrow. I'm curious if a treadmill would work for that little stride test?0

The total 30 calorie spread among all the devices was covered by the amount of calories you burned typing out this thread. Don't worry about such small differences because they don't matter at all0

30 calorie difference? Pick one. Randomly.0
