I always feel like I can go harder at the gym?

I try to push myself as hard as I possibly can when I go to the gym and try to eat as healthy as I can too. But recently, I haven't been getting "the pump" anymore after lifting. I'm lifting heavier and heavier, but my muscles are not as sore as they used to get. I actually used to like these feelings :(

No matter how much I exercise, I always feel like I could do more. After the 2 hrs of exercise, I "could" do some planks, could do some step-ups, add 5lbs to whatever I'm lifting for the last set, etc, Am I addicted? Is there something wrong with me?

People come up to me at the gym and tell me I'm so "motivated/determined", "dedicated" but for me this doesn't really mean anything because I still feel like I "could" go even harder.

Also, I don't necessarily mean work out much longer, mostly just more intense.

If you're adding weight to your lifts then you're getting stronger. A lack of DOMS doesn't mean you didn't have an effective workout.
