Yes, I've been with MFP for a few years but life became life and I didn't really stay. 2014 brought a new dedication. Along with changing my eating habbits I am aware that a lil cardio and even weights are in order. Still, am a novice. One that hasn't caught the workout bug....yet. Am curious...does any one have this bike? I know I can read the reviews, and have but want to know what my fellow MFPers think....or at least the ones that have this particular model.
