My husband just deployed this week and I want to surprise him with a healthier me when he returns. I want to get a head start on it now, but I need some help staying motivated and keeping on track. I have 3 kids under the age of 7 and 2 more I watch 5 days a week so some things like running/jogging aint going to work to well. I do love Yoga (even my kids) and plan on doing things like the normal jumping jacks, sit ups, push ups etc. Even some wii games with my kids to keep us all off our butts lol. I'm currently now 194 and would like to be at least 150 by the time he comes home, preferably lower. So 40-50lb weight loss goal. Anyways, any help and support would be MUCH appreciated!

A healthy loss is .5–2 lb. per week. With 50 lb. to go, set your goal to 1 lb. per week. You lose weight by eating at a deficit. So work on logging everything you eat accurately & honestly. Weigh your food.
