I got this to help me workout harder and it does. When I finish a 30 minute session I'm out of breath (in a good way) and pouring sweat but it says I've only burned like 195 calories or something and I'm wondering if this is right cause on mfp a 30 minute aerobic session would have me burning about 500 calories so I'm wondering if I should be using their calorie's burned or mfp's calorie's burned?
