....cook, song writer, retired truck driver, heart attack survivor (3), and nursing student. I am 44 and I am doing what I can to atone for my culinary sins. I have become a gym rat and I am trying to change my eating habits. Hopefully this website will give what I need (ACCOUNTABILITY!!!)
