Higher calorie healthy meals?

My better half is losing weight eating the same stuff I am. I'm hoping to find healthy foods that are both nutrient and calorie dense to maybe help him reach his daily calories. Right now he is eating all of my nuts. :( SAVE MY NUTS. Obviously a cinnabon would get him up there but I'm hoping for something a bit more nutritionally responsible.

Thanks guys!

Just serve him larger portions and add some healthy snacks throughout the day: portion-controlled nuts (not yours!) or cheese, hard-boiled eggs, hummus, avocado…

coconut oil - healthy fat and makes very delicious stir fry vegetables. Whole grains - but like a good thick bread for a sandwich can bump the calories up real fast. Pizza if you make yourself can be healthy and calorie dense, greek yogurt (the real stuff) with a handful of fruit and nuts, oatmeal with some real butter and whatever fruits you like. There are many healthy meals you can eat and "bulk up" for more calories or pare down if you need fewer.
