A Big Deal For Me

Hi, I am new to MFP and new to a healthy living commitment, although I have "dabbled" many times in the past. My success for the week (my second week)? I had what I consider one of my top 10 worst days EVER (and I am 48 years old...). The success? I finished the day under my calorie count, and tracked it on my food diary. Even better, the next day I did it again!

Small steps for some...GIANT STEP for me :happy:
