Hi Guys
I am about to start week 4 in C25k and loving it but want to do something that will burn calories on my rest days without "annoying" the muscles that I am supposed to be resting if you know what I mean.
I have space for one piece of exercise equipment and was wondering what you would suggest?
Was going to go for a multigym or an exercise bike but would be open to advice if you have any. (I have access to a punchbag as my daughter does some boxing)
Should probably say that I am 5ft 9 currently 14 1/2 stone and aiming for 13stone (started 2 months ago at 16 stone)
Thanks in advance
Leo

Rowing or cycling. They both help compensate for the muscular bias of running by working the quads and glutes harder.0

Swimming rocks. No equipment necessary.0
