I used 4 no sugar added fudgecicles and put about a teaspoon of reduced fat jiffy in each mini muffin pan 12 cups in all.
1 fudge pop is 40 calories
2 tbsp pb is 190 calories
3 tsp in 1 tbsp= 12 tsp divided by 3 is 4 tbsp
so…190 x 2=380 and 40
40 x 4 =160
How do I figure out the info to add to my daily record of each cup?
Thank you so much for any help.:flowerforyou:

I would suggest putting the ingredients into the recipe calculator. Your serving size will be 12 so it will divide the calories into 12 servings.0

Under Food, then recipes, the Enter new Recipe. It's a green button close to the right hand side of the page, but down a bit.0
