Netting - How much?

Ok, so i've only just recovered from a 6 day binge, but after posting about my binge, i've received countless opinions stating that as i'm at a healthy weight (i'm trying to lose fat and gain muscle) NETTING 1200 is probably too low? so i'm just a bit confused about how many calories i should be eating/burning/netting. my stats are:
Height: 5 ft 4
weight: 132lbs
activity: moderate (5-6 days running 20-30 mins - burn anywhere between 250-550cals) plus plenty of walking about - looking after 5 children lol.
any advice would be greatly appreciated

Set your goal to .5 lb. per week. Eat back your calories for two weeks. If you haven't lost 1 lb. by then, eat back half your exercise calories for another two weeks.
