I am new to this weight loss thing. I played soccer for 9 years starting in first grade and ending 9 years later after my freshman year. I have been inactive for the past four years and over these four year I have lost muscle mass and have gained about 40 lbs.. meaning 10lbs a year! During these years I also started dating a guy who's family lived a very unhealthy lifestyle. They have now started trying to get healthy, because they want to live to see their grandchildren grow. My mom has been doing weight watchers for the past few years and has lost about 90 lbs. and she is about to where she can wear my clothes.. and I am just not use to that and I am realizing what I really look like. I am in college and just started a health and physical education class. I use to be able to run 1.5 hrs and not be crazy tired, now i can only run for 10 minutes before i become really out of breath. and I just don't like this. so, I am trying to change my lifestyle. I plan on getting married in a couple of years and I would like to look amazing in a size 5/6 or even a 7/8 sized dress.. not a 13/14 or 15/16....
