I personally feel i have been loosing to much weight to quickly lately... so I have started to increase my calorie intake to try and slow it down.. since I don't want to give up the exercise... I was in the mind set that if i get to what is normal weight then everything will be ok... but as i continue to come to the MFP community I know that isn't the case... Now i worry that what I have been doing is actually setting me up to failure... now how do i fix this problem before i jump on the yo-yo......
This wasn't actually looking for comments but a way for me to let off some stress i'm having... on losing.

With only 9kg to go (congratulations!), set your goal to the slowest option (in pounds, it's .5 lb. per week), and be patient. The smaller deficit will also help you transition to maintenance.

If you feel like you are losing weight too quickly, make sure you don't do drastic changes (same goes with if you aren't losing weight).
If you weren't eating back your exercise calories, I would start by eating half of them back and see where that leads you after 2-4 weeks. If you still feel like you are losing too much, then eat all of it back.
I'm sure your diet already puts you in a deficit (much like I was)0
