I'm not usually one to share a lot of things, but today is my birthday and I went to a hairdressing appointment - got a 'do that made me look YEARS younger, so I thought I'd compare myself today to some pics from "back then" - and oh-em-gee. The difference. The DIFFERENCE!

I never felt any different - or even thought I looked different to anyone - but these shots have convinced me. I've changed. I continue to change. So... here goes. The full face shot is October of '10 (my high weight) vs. this afternoon (my birthday, 3/29). The full body shot is a mere six month progression, from September of last year to this afternoon.

I am SO proud of myself. :) Still more to go.... but damn it, I've come a LONG way in 3 years.

    I really like it when folks show their photos. Wow - 10/10 - just 7 months and look at the difference. Hope you don't mind me saying the before and after look like mother and daughter ;-)
