How many of you guys have lost weight/belly fat just by jump roping everyday, or did you do any other exercises? How long would you guys suggest jumping rope for? And how many pounds did you guys lose? Thanks

    Huh? Weight loss comes from a calorie deficit. You can create a calorie deficit through increased activity, decreased calorie intake, or both.

    I love Dr. Sara Solomon's HIIT & tabata jump rope workouts. She incorporates resistance training in them as well.
