    I I went from a 20wp and I am now in a 4/6p! Anything is possible with hard work and dedication!!!

    If I, a 58 year old woman, can go from a size 20 to a size 12, then so can you! I started in August at size 20 and now I am a 12. You can do it!

    I went from a size 22(US) top to a 8 and a size 20 pant to a size 4.

    I did not give up even when I sat at the same weight for six months. Suddenly started dropping again and am a few pounds from my goal now.
