good morning and happy Sunday everyone :-) I'm on mfp since a month after more than an year on a diet with which l have lost 61lbs and l currently weight 152lbs. now I want to lose the last 10lbs but it become very difficult. l have been active for the whole diet period with workout dvd or walking but now I decided to be more active to give a boost to my metabolism hoping to lose more weight but it seems stoked :-( l do an hour of cardio a day and some Pilates or straight training because l need it to toning my skin, burning from 400 to 600 Cal a day but it seems to be not enough. I get my rest on the weekend so l work out 5 days a week. l am eating well and almost 1200Cal a day and I am followed by a specialist. unfortunately my body seems to not collaborate :/ l sow an improvement in my body tone but not on the scale! can you give me advice to lose those last lbs ? what should I do and where I am making some mistakes? sorry for my bad English O:-)

Add more vigorous exercise to your week, like sports, running, etc. Anything that gets your heart rate high.
Also many strength programs are not very good, so follow a good program, like New Rules of Lifting, or Stronglifts, and use heavy weight.
