I did the video on Monday than again tonight. I am not sure how to log it in my exercise log? I wish I had a HRM

Any help would be appreciated!

    Most people I have talked to burn around 100 calories with that one. I have logged it previously as 15 minutes of vigorous calisthenics which puts it right around 100 calories.
  • Maybe you should get a body bugg or one of those devises which helps u count your calories when u work out. That would help alot......

    I usually get around 105 - 110 calories when I do it. And I "bring it." I'm 147lbs now and 5'7" and exercise 4 or 5 times a week. I just clock it under Vigorous Calisthenics and edit the calories burned.
