hi im having an issue feeling bloated. I drink a 6 to 8 oz of water a day, I wouldn't say too much but I feel bloated all the time. My sodium intake is down, due to my diet so I don't understand why I have this constant feeling of being bloat . Is there anything II can do or take to relieve this feeling?

  • You may have an allergy to a certain food or some type of gastro illness. I would get that checked out.

This will sound counterintuitive, but you aren't drinking enough water. Dehydration causes the body to cling to any water, causing extra water weight and bloating. Try drinking 6-8 GLASSES of water and eating water rich foods (i.e. watermelon, cucumber, tomato, ect.). You should see the bloat disappear in a few days. Hydration is very important, especially when looking to become healthier.

I often add cucumber or fruit to my water and always carry my giant water bottle with me.

I was always feeling the same way. I knocked my carbs down to 45%... so far at least for me... no more bloating and I feel much better. I still eat some breads, pasta, and rice, just not as much as before... It helped me. Could be worth a shot.
