Trying not to lose my motivation...

Hi everyone! I'm a 36 year old woman, I recently went to a Driven 4 Life re-treat and it completely changed my outlook on life and especially myself, I finally feel like I can do this and I deserve to look and feel the way I've wanted to in a long time, I changed my entire eating habits. I started with a 1400-1500 calorie goal and now I'm down to 1200 calories. I've cut out red meat, pastas, breads, juice, I basically only drink water which can get boring at times, I eat more fruits and veggies as well as chicken and tuna, I've lost 5 pounds in a week. I am about to start working in workouts and exercise. Does anybody have any suggestions on what I should start with I tried to start with more of an intense workout but I wasn't motivated enough to continue as well as I was tired very quickly. I've given myself a year to reach my goal and to completely change my lifestyle and lose the weight to be healthy, feel better and look better. I'm currently at a size 16 and I'm only 5'1 so I have a way to go. But, my mind is focused I just need a little help and motivation to get me there. Also any input on how not to get bored of the same foods. I'm barely learning about what foods I should eat, so any advice is appreciated.
Lately I find myself not eating enough and I definitely want to stay healthy. HELP! :ohwell:
