How long have you take the Vitamin D supplement? Did you get tested?

If she's taking supps for iron and Vitamin D, she's most likely Vegan. Vegans have trouble getting enough of those through their diet and thus have to supplement.

    I'm taking:

    Kirkland daily Multi
    Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine Monohydrate
    Optifiber Wheat Dextrin Soluble Fiber

You are right, I am vegan. I was tested and within the normal range, but low, and started supplementing for mood benefits. I've been taking it for a year I believe.

If sleep and nutrition is optimal, supplements can help.

Rhodiola Rosea is great for mood.
