well, i been dieting my whole adult life. im done with the yoyo diet.
i have about 39 pounds to lose.
im 50ish
2 children
3 grandchildren
2 dogs
one hubby ( whats that say when i put him last) lol

hi! Im with you on the yo yo diet. My heaviest has been 160 and my lowest (sense my twenties) has been 136. Right now Im 140. I would like to be 123. This time its not all about the weight loss, but getting healthy too. Just started exercising and I know I need to get some strength training in to tone up. I hate my flabby arms. You can do it.... I added you on for a friend. we can do it!0
