I am 4.5 months post RNY gastric bypass. Am I allowed to eat popcorn yet? I've lost the book they gave me.

    Call your surgeon's office and get another book. Appropriate eating post-WLS requires adherence to YOUR surgeon's plan. Many of the plans vary, but you shouldn't really "mix and match" according to what you want to eat.
