Introduction

So im still in high school and currently starting my weightloss journey. i now weigh190 lbs and its time for a change. My goal weight is 160, i go to the gym in the mornings before school for about 30 mins. I joined this site becuase i do need to count my calories but mainly i juts need motivation.

    hello, motivation is so important to to keep going and keep it up your more than welcome to add me as i ask my friends on here what mini goals they have and have they achieved it but also try to find out why your more than welcome to add me if you like

    Hi Everyone,

    I am a 42 year old white guy from Olathe, Kansas. I have been trying this on my own for awhile with this and Fitbit. I have done ok, but need to do better. I am starting the Jillian Micheals Dietbet starting on Tuesday. Has anyone done this? If so any suggestions. Will keep this updated during the next 30 days. Wish me luck!
