Loose Skin/Subcotoneus Fat/Cellulite

I have lost 6 pounds in three weeks and have been doing ab and squat challenges. Weight loss and Muscle gain is coming along. Does anyone have any tips on how to deal with the "extra stuff"? I started running today against my wishes. Is there anything else?
