Just venting about hitting goal

Dropped my 20 or so lbs to where I want to be, but when I look in mirror I still look fat. So depressing, on top of my depression.

Along with my doing spinning, I do 7 different core exercises trying to lose that ugly excess flab on the backside. Can feel the muscle development, ah well. Reckon' I'll just keep plugging away till I get sore there like usual.

Congrats though, to all those who have hit their goals. Kudos.

    Congratulations on losing twenty pounds. I'm sorry that you are frustrated with your appearance. Incorporating more strength training for other muscles, in addition to your core exercises, may help. Good luck!
