About to hit 30!

Hi!

I'm Andrew. I'm 30 on 2nd May. Last year I quit smoking. Then my long term relationship ended. I always told myself that once I hit 30 I would quit smoking, eat healthy, drop the weight and change my lifestyle.
Since I quit smoking earlier than planned, I decided to gradually change my food to healthy food and drink lots of water. I dropped 8lb in 2 weeks just by doing this.
I then decided to incorporate exercise, starting with Jillian Michaels DVDs. I started on Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism, then decided to incorporate this by doing the Jillian Michaels Slimdown. Then I moved onto Body Revolution.
I'm 29, 5'4 and went from 151.2lbs to a healthy 126lbs in 3 months and have maintained this. I've lost inches but very slowly.
During this time my relationship broke down with my ex and we are no longer speaking, and my mum suffered a heart attack 6 weeks ago. But I have not let this stop me because this is a lifestyle change.

I plan on losing a bit more body fat over the next 3 months with p90x3, then I intend to bulk if I get the results I'm hoping for.

I'm going to start a new topic for anyone who wants to join me when I start p90x3 on 07/04/2013.
