How much water does MFP class as "1 cup"

Ok so I only drink bottled water and don't pour it into a cup..
I sometimes have big bottles or just 330ml bottles does anyone know how many ml a ("MFP 1 Cup is?")
I just want to accurately keep a eye n how much water I'm drinking

    250ml, I believe. 8 cups = the "recommended" 2 liters minimum of water a day.
