The weather rose above 50, the snow almost gone and I'm down 30 something. Got the bike out, figured out how the shoes clip in and went for a short ride....felt great..Bike fitting Tuesday....can't wait to get back on it..

    I know how you feel - today was sunny AND got up to 54! I took the dog for a "hike" with my BFF at a forest preserve. 5 miles outside. It was so nice!
