How accurate is this site?

I am wondering how accurate this site is with calculating calories.

For example, walking for an hour at a slow pace (2.5).
On here it calculated it would burn 287 calories. On another site it told me 301.

My current weight is 211 pounds.
I'm wondering which answer is more accurate, the 287 or the 301.

You're really stressing over a 14 calorie difference between two online estimates?

It's only 14 calories difference. All the calorie counts and burns are just estimates. So it takes a whole lot of trial & error to find what works for you.

Both are estimates and very close to each other.

While I encourage being accurate, you also have to keep in mind that this entire game is just an estimate, TDEE, the calories you eat (regardless of how accurate you log there will be inevitable discrepencies), the calories you burn, everything. There is no accurate outside of a lab.

14 calories one way or the other is not going to make or break you. Pick one. If there is a larger spread, I go with the lowest to be safe.

I have learned when in doubt go with the lower number.
