I'm in the middle of a big transition right now - new job, moving to a new place, etc. I do have access to a gym but my schedule is a little too crazy (and money a little too tight with moving costs) to hire a personal trainer. Can anyone recommend an app that might give my workout time a little kick and some structure?

I use an app called 7M Workout. It's by Johnson and Johnson. It does some great body weight workouts and they're quite nice little calorie burners too if you have an HRM. I use them when I haven't done any strength exercises in a day and they're fab - good at teaching you new moves exercise moves as well. You only need an exercise mat (if you don't like being directly on the floor) and a chair.
There's also some great yoga workouts on an app called 'Dailyyoga' if you like that kind of thing or would like to give it a go.
