CLA supplement question

I'am 4"11 and 135lbs. My body seems to be sensitive to certain medication, over the counter, antibiotics, anything.
I purchased Optimum CLA softgels 750mg. I wanted to get the lowest milgram possible, because i'm not sure
how my body will take to this medication. Has anyone had any issues with sensitivty or tolerance when taking this?

It's a waste of money. No supplement will help you get rid of fat, only a calorie deficit can do that. It's also impossible to spot reduce fat meaning remove fat from a specific area. Your body chooses where it loses fat from, nothing you can do will change that. You just have to keep losing fat until it comes off from the places you want it to.

    More on CLAs:

After analyzing the few studies published to date in reduced samples of healthy humans or patients with overweight, obesity, metabolic syndrome, or diabetes, we deduce that there is not enough evidence to show that conjugated linoleic acid has an effect on weight and body composition in humans. However, some of these studies have observed that the administration of various CLA isomers has adverse effects on lipid profile (it decreases HDL cholesterol concentration and increases Lp(a) circulating levels), glucose metabolism (glycemia, insulinemia or insulin sensitivity), lipid oxidation, inflammation, or endothelial function.
