iifym questions Please help!

If I have filled up my carbs for the day and I need more fiber but the fiber filled piece of food has a lot of carbs in it. What do I do about that kind of situation?

If I have filled up my carbs, protein, fat, and fiber for the day but my calories for the day are to low or too high does that matter??
