Today is the start of a long road to a more healthy and fitter me. At present I am weighing in at 314 pounds and my ultimate goal is to reduce my weight to about 196 pounds.
I am not going to kid myself, this will be really, really difficult but I have joined a gym and will be starting to watch what I am eating from today!
If there is anyone on here from Plymouth UK then I will gladly 'Friend' you if you wish.

I think you need to open your friends list out a bit or you'll have very few. I'm from Australia, you can add me if that is ok.0

Hey there, Firefly. Welcome aboard.
Having come from 363 to now 200 lbs, I can tell you that eating one meal a day is a surefire - and somewhat easier than expected - way to drop serious pounds.
But however you want to do it, we're here to help.
Again, welcome! :drinker:0 -
It's a long road, but completely achievable.. good luck. Not in Plymouth, Braintree in Essex, but feel free to add me. Get that groove on! :O)0
