Feel like I need a push somedays

Some days are hard 2 get motivated...need a pick me up every now and then.

Hiyah I think alot of us feel the same somedays, but the thing is if you do not try how will you get closer to your goals. I started off making changes just because I was going on holiday, when the holiday came and went I realised I should just do it for me to be healthy and look good. That is my motivation now. This is what gets me through my 30 mins of exercise each day or limiting myself to one or two bags of crisps. Good luck you can do this.0

One thing that has helped me is to start blogging here. I keep my blog private but it's been very helpful. I've made a list of all the reasons why I have to do this. A list of all the things that sometimes get in my way and how to work around it. Then when I'm having a down day I go read it.
Another is to check out some of the posts on the Success Stories and other people's blogs. Some are very inspirational.0
