Inconsistency with Quest Bars?

I got the strawberry cheesecake bar and it says 180cal on it, but every other resource, as well as the online store, says they are 160. What's the difference and why?

Net (Netto) carbs (carbohydrates in grams - fibers in grams).
Some people substract the grams of the fibers from the carbohydrates grams since fibers do not digest / provide you calories.
However personally I would stick to the highest amount of calories (including the fiber grams).0 -
It is my understanding that different governmental bodies regulate fiber calorie counts differently so if you're in Canada it may vary from the US label.0

Just trust the label. That being said, a lot of quest bars are actually 10% more calories than what they say too (I've had a bunch that weighed 66g instead of 60g, for example).0
