100 Days of Fitness Challenge

Hi all,

I'm starting a 100 days of fitness challenge today lasting until the 7th July, basically to challenge myself, get fitter and to feel good!

If anyone wants to join feel free to add me, and let's support each other!

It will be 100 days of logging, exercising (from Cardio to Squats) and a facebook photo for evidence!

Would love to hear from you, even if you just want to join in for 30 days! Any period of time would be amazing!

I would also love to hear from you if you have already done something like this.
