Hi all,
I am quitting weight watchers today. I have done the progream several times - it's great - but each time I lose, I gain it all back later. I know that I just have to eat less and not binge on junkfood. I shouldn't need to pay someone $40+ per month for that. I hope this works and it wasn't a mistake. I would really like to live my life without counting calories or points!
Thanks for listening

Good for you, why pay when you can get it for free. This is why I joined on here as well, other than W Ws, personally am hoping to learn how to eat with counting calories on here and later hopefully continue my life with eating sensibly knowing my potions and skills of loving food than having a quick fix. Anyways.....good luck on journey.0
