brand new to MFP

I'm new to this site & there's many questions I have...for instance I'm doing a Home DVD program for exercise (daily) but dont' know how to include if I can't name other Companies since it is one? Also I'm not "techno literate" so am not even sure how to get my picture here? Any advice will be helpful as I'm not even sure if I've "introduced myself" yet! 0
