I am 24 4'11 and just had a baby 13 months ago. I have managed to lose all the "baby weight " and am back to 103 lbs. The problem are I have is my belly. I have some extra skin underneath the belly button. Is there anything besides surgery that can be done to tighten and tone that back? WIll diet and excersise remove it? What excersises can I do? I would also like to be down to 100

Is there fat there, or just skin? There isn't much you can do about skin - it gets stretched out during pregnancy, and genetics play the biggest role there. If it's fat, you can continue to try to lose weight (but you're talking about very low, very minimal loss). While ab workouts don't hurt you, there just may not be much you can realistically do.0
