Ankle Sprain

Ok, so I am sure this has been asked but I couldn't find it. I sprained my ankle last Monday night. Its the 3rd time in 2 years. Had urgent care check and its just a regular sprain. I already have almost no pain and I can totally walk on it normal. Also the swelling almost gone. I was wondering when is it safe to go back to my cardio videos? I am bummed I finally have the motivation to get up and workout and now I can't. Thanks in advance! :happy:

    Generally speaking, if there's no pain from an activity, either during or after, it should be fine. Don't take painkillers, so you can feel if it hurts. Start with a short workout and add a few minutes each day..
