I recently lost a co worker to a sudden massive heart attack, and I am about to be 47 ( in July). I don't want a new corvette or a motorcycle, I want to weigh what I did in High School and get healthy. I have attemped losing weight before and I am joining MFP as a last resort to lose some weight. I have a couple of health issues that make losing weight hard, but I can overcome them and get back healthy. I currently weigh 190 and I sould be about 150-155. Desk Job and I hate to work out, don't mind doing stuff outside, in the yard etc. but have always felt they Gym was a waste of time, but my sedentary job and lifestyle are now making it a necessity. Any advice on motivation will be appreciated. Thanks, KillenMike
